Post-Exams Rendezvous

At last, I'll be able to say that school is finally over, and I mean no more exams, and nonstop schoolworks. Unfortunately, in our school we shouldn't celebrate just yet, because there are still plenty of requirements to do , and a lot of activities. But enough of the boring school talk.

I've been planning on doing a summer blog, but I still don't have the outfit and technically its not yet our summer vacation. So I have decided to do a simple pre-summer lookbook for you guys.

For this blog, I have asked a close friend of mine to join me for this lookbook. We didn't really plan on what to wear, or if we should match, but I guess we both came up with black and white. Which is a color that is not appropriate for summer by the way.

I'd say that we're both going for a simple yet not your everyday look, its best to wear this if you're not into dressing up for the day, and you don't want to plan too much for your outfit.

It is pretty hot outside, especially here in the Philippines where the heat is just unbearable. So I really don't know why I chose to wear a long sleeved top. Its actually a lace-up romper that I tucked into some high-waisted shorts that I love to death, just so it wouldn't look plain and boring.

For Heineken's look he wore a white polo with a black palm tree leaves print all over it, and he paired it with darkwashed denim shorts.

As for my bag, I used my fur backpack that is literally one of my favorites. I don't usually use this because it's not something you use everywhere. But nevertheless I still love it and use it as much as possible.

I just want to share with you guys the troubles that we went through just to find the perfect place to shoot, trying to find the perfect lighting and everything. It was honestly so exhausting, but pretty fun actually.

And that's our little rendezvous and our looks for it. I really enjoyed making this, and I hope you guys enjoy it too. I also wanna thank my friend for doing this with me and for also being my photographer for this blog.
