Weekend Get-Away

By get-away I mean, an hour drive to the mall, and by get-away, I mean leaving your busy lives behind. Mall trips, our weekend routine, and what better way to spend your free time is with your family.

Our weekend mall trips mostly consist of a pig-out in our favorite restaurants, or maybe even eating out in a new place.

This weekend we decided to eat at TGIF, our new favorite restaurant. Eating out with my family has always been my favorite thing to do. It's one way to release some stress. It has been a busy week after all, and getting a chance to bond and chat with my family is one way to let loose.

After that, we went around and saw these adorable stalls downstairs. It was so cute, my favorite was the cotton candy cart, and it's not just an ordinary cotton candy, they design it with different kinds of shapes. I got the pig. What? I'm a big a kid at heart, and these kinds of treats just makes me happy.

Like any other weekend, my mom and I always stop at a certain cafe. This cafe or bakery really caught our attention. Not only were their pastries and other desserts looked so good. The place looked so cute and Instagram-worthy.

I am officially doing a COTD. Case of the day. From now on I'm gonna be including this in my blogs. This case is not actually mine, I borrowed it from a friend, and he said he got it from an online shop called Paragon Pieces. ( Make sure to check them out ) It has this Marble detail on it, and it was really tumblr-y. I know this may seem off, but I pick out my cases depending on what mood I'm in.

As I promised to myself, this has been one productive weekend. I was able to post two blogs, and even though I had plenty of school work to do, I still made time for my family and my own personal life.
