Velvet and Fur

This year is about to end, and what to do I do with those remaining days? First, I live those few remaining days to the fullest by doing all the things that I have never done, and buying stuff that I never thought I'll ever buy. These things that I recently purchased are so in right now, you can see people wearing them mostly on Instagram, We Heart It and other social media sites. But the odd thing is not all people wear them here in the Philippines.

So why not be one of those girls who wear or use them and make a statement. I for one love it when other people adore my style, and recreate one of their own.

For this look, I dressed up a little bit and I decided to go with all black. The top I'm wearing is one of my favorites. It is the reason why I'm broke by the way, but let me tell you it was definitely worth it. It is a black velvet cami top, with the words Weekend Illusions written across it. I just love this top so much, and it is my first velvet top that I ever purchased.

I thought it would look best if it was tucked inside in some high-waisted black jeans, and it surprisingly did. For my shoes, I just went with some black velvet ankle boots, I'm not really sure what they're called, but I think it just complements my whole outfit.

As for my accessories, I wore my black velvet choker and yes it is black velvet again, and if you haven't figured out what this blog is about then I don't even know anymore.

And finally, you have no idea how I excited I am to tell you guys about this new backpack. It is a fur backpack. I was so happy when I saw this and I just have to get it, and I thought it was so different and cute. I don't know if a lot of people would like it as much as I do, but if you are into things like this, then we are gonna get along well ;).

And that is the whole look. I am so in love with this outfit, especially the top and the backpack, I swear these items are my absolute fave this year ( Making a 2016 Favorites blog). I think this look just screams elegant and unique. I highly recommend you check out the stores that I purchased these items from.
