SUMMER 2016 ☼♡

It's that time of the year again. Yes, SUMMER! When you expect to go to lots of places and stay in different hotels, eat a delicious variety of foods, see some new things, and get your summer beach body? But you end up staying home, in bed, on your computer, and your phone, sleeping all day, and stuffing your face with junk food? Well yes and no.

This summer my parents decided to take us to Bahrain, which is 4 hours away from Riyadh ( the place we stay at). We usually just go to the mall in there, because the mall in there, called City Centre, is really spacious, and has a lot of stores, and restaurants, it even has an indoor Water park. How cool is that? But this year they took us to a hotel called Sofitel Hotel.

It was a little pricey, so we only stayed for one night. But it was definitely worth it. Our hotel room is so cool, especially the bathroom and the balcony, and not the mention, the breath-taking view. (you can see it in the pictures below) Sofitel Hotel is perched on the pristine beaches of Zallaq overlooking the Arabian Gulf on Bahrain's west coast.

We had an amazing time in the pool , the jacuzzi, and the beach, we took a lot of pictures. Well mostly me. and the breakfast was equally amazing. ( No pictures )

Aside from the view, I just loved that they have that in the balcony, I was even planning on sleeping there.

This is so cute. And the robes were so comfy.

Sadly, we had to leave and transfer to a much cheaper hotel. I would never forget the wonderful time we had together as a family.

Apart from that, we went shopping, we ate out in famous restaurants. It's not the summer I wanted, but I was still with my family and that's all that matters.

And I was blessed to celebrate Ramadan with my dad, we go out to eat, and the foods are discounted, it's also called Iftar. And not to mention the sale on stores, that was the best part for me ( duh ).

Like I said it wasn't the summer that I wanted, but I still get to spend it with my family, and that's what's important.
